One-time audits

If no personalized provider work has begun, request cancellation and refund. If the service cannot deliver a usable report because all configured surfaces fail, we will re-run the audit or refund the audit price.

Completed digital work

Because a completed report incurs provider and processing costs, change-of-mind refunds are not automatic after delivery. Contact us if evidence is materially incomplete or the order was duplicated.

Subscriptions

Cancel before the next renewal to prevent future charges. Refund rights required by applicable law and the merchant of record remain unaffected.

How to ask

Email support@aisearchproof.com with the order ID. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.
