Data collected

We process order email, brand, public website URL, market, prompts, competitors, payment references and generated evidence. Card details are handled by the merchant-of-record checkout and are not stored by AI Search Proof.

Purpose and processors

Data is used to validate orders, obtain paid measurements, produce reports, prevent abuse and provide support. Processors may include Paddle, infrastructure providers, email delivery, OpenRouter and the named AI/search providers used for the audit.

Retention

Unpaid orders: 24 hours. Raw provider data: up to 30 days. Derived audit reports: up to 12 months. Subscription data: up to 90 days after cancellation. Full IP addresses are not stored for locale selection.
